While at the gym this morning doing my workout the guy beside me who might I add was huge and vascular, starts a convo with me and then says "be careful with that stuff it's serious business" I looked at him funny being I don't know this guy and said what do you mean he responded with your hands give you away unless your a painter that has been rolling in yellow paint. So I guess I need to wear gloves while reaching in the bag to grab the pills

I don't reach in to the bag.Iletbag.I let the pills drop in my palm of my hand and take them quick.I do get stained but not much
 
I'm taking a multi vitamin was taking 250mg for 6 days then went up to 500 for 2 days then added 50 mcg t3 to it...then tried 100mcg and was beyond miserable so today went with 75 mcg and 250 mcg it's still miserable but not so bad probably gonna keep it at 250 a day with 75 mcg till the 2 week mark which will be Thursday and see what the weight looks like.

It will take a few days.. dnp half life is 36 hours and t3 is around 24 hours I believe. So by tomorrow you will be fine
I personally don't like 350 mg of dnp. I can tolerate it and do cardio I just hate the hot feeling or excessive sweats at night
Just started my cycle again at 250 mg and might try 350 mg on weekends. Did 100mcg of t3 too and felt it a little. 50 mcg is nothing to me and lost no weight in a week on 50mcg with a 2100 calories per day diet
 
I think I would be fine with the 500mg if it would actually be winter...yesterday the temp was 80 and the news said our normal was 35...in the 10 days I've been on this stuff it's only been below 65 maybe 2 or 3 days.....it's February and it feels like I live in florida...this is the first time I've ever said I wish it would get cold. .

anit oxidants. It is not supposed to be hard on your liver so you shouldn't need any liver support; however if you want to kill two birds with one stone I would recommend NAC.
 
Day 12 weight is 232 dropped dose to 250 mg on day 10 doing 75 mcg t3. The heat has slowed down not so hot today but still warm...and sex will make you damn near fall out from the sweating...heart rate is all over the place so I'm thinking I will drop t3 down to 50 mcg tomorrow. I haven't taken today's dnp dose yet gonna take tonight before bed would rather it be active the most while I sleep. We have been getting busier at work hopefully taking the dose at night instead of first thing in the morning I wont wear out as fast

today weight only dropped half a pound but feel a million times better at 50 mcg of t3 and only 250mg of dnp taken before bed, the house temp last night was 67 and I was actually kinda chilly was under the covers in bed for the first time since starting dnp...this morning at the gym I worked arms and gave it all I had for an hour and a half and could not catch a pump at all. Been feeling really tired the past few days was tired all day at work yesterday and was in bed at 8 last night and today I'm about to fall asleep at work...also been having headaches in the mornings when I first wake up...the tiredness and headaches didn't start until I added t3

Today I went up a pound, only thing I can think of is I haven't been to the bathroom in 2 days plus I ate heavy for valentines day and all that food is sitting in my Intestine, hopefully some more weight will fall off tomorrow is the 2 week mark....what seems to be happening is I lose several pounds on the weekend and spend all week fluctuating up and down a couple pounds.

Also I don't know if anyone else has delt with this but since starting the t3 I have been really sleepy,,,wake up tired, fight to hold my eyes open all day and in bed between 8 and 830....was so tired yesterday that V-Day sex was about 10 min long not enjoyable and just rolled over when I got done and passed out....I know my gf was thinking WTF just happened

I'll tell you, from experience, there is nothing like dnp that you'll ever take.

I personally love dnp. I could run 250 forever. 500 is really my sweet spot for shredding fat though. I dropped from ~250 to 220 on my dnp cycle. My training was shit, but i still tried to get what i could when i could.

antioxidants are required when doing dnp, as well as a good probiotic and good amounts of fiber. these things will negate most side effects. I ran some clen while on dnp for energy at work, as well as some sugar free energy drinks. v8 was always in my fridge, as well as at least a gallon of water per day.

Dnp is no joke, and people need to be serious while on it, but if you're serious, it really is the absolute best thing for shredding fat......there is no comparison with any other drug. There is so much bullshit out there about dnp, so its definitely hard for most people to differentiate between the facts and bullshit.

thanks for sharing your experience with dnp, and from what i can tell, you weren't a dumb fuck while running it, which is also a good thing. Make sure to take some time off before you run it again, if you're going to anyway. some people can get reduced results if you run it too quick back to back. I have no idea the science behind why, but some people swear they didn't get as good of results when they don't wait at least the amount of time you were on.

one of the biggest side effects of t3 is lethargy. Have you never ran t3 before?
 
No I have not ran t3 before always stayed away from it because I have a slow metabolism already and didn't wanna chance it with t3....but have read that dnp t3 synergy was best for the cutting..

I will say since adding the t3 and dropping to 250mg feels way better than just 500 dnp...tomorrow is 2 weeks gonna run it another week then continue the t3 with test for a few weeks then t3 and dnp for 2 or 3 more weeks the I'm done. Started 243...now 232 and hoping for 215 by the time I'm done completely.

weight is 230.8 today it's the 2 week mark so that 13 pounds in 2 weeks...7 the first week and 6 the second...gonna go for another week...would like to see a 20 pound loss total at the 3 week mark..

I bet you can do it man! I just started taking 200mgs of enhanced athletes dnp, only on day 4 but I can already see my abs getting more defined, I wish dnp didn't have such a bad rep
