Eat clean and make sure you stay in a calorie deficit. Typical starting dose is around 200mg/day. Stay at that dose for at least a week as the half life of dnp is long so takes a while to build up in your system. You don't want to take too high a dose and end up with unbearable sides in a week.
After a week you can asses whether you want to increase dose or stay where you're at. Stay hydrated and eat lots of greens. Helps with cramps.
A typical dnp run is between 2-4 weeks.
If you stay on track and hit the gym you will be very happy with results.
