You've just gotta find what works for YOU bro.....you go watch a ronnie vid on utube and there's a million guys who want to chastize him on his 'form' but OBVIOUSLY it works for him using heavy weights....i think at sometimes its necessary to use some nice heavy weight and sacrifice form to break thru platueas and really get some nice strength workouts going....it wouldnt hurt to try it out for a bit and see how it workz.....as for tha guys in question.....he's probably bin juicing the last few years....and not 'beginniner 500mg a week cycles either Im thinkin he's been over a gram and added a shit ton of compounds...genetics or not.....
