i noticed no difference from shooting prop ED or EOD, besides more pokes.

ED is better IMHO b/c it keeps levels the most stable which in turn means less sides.

I have done ED injections but didn't really see a benefit over EOD injections. Also using multiple sites is key, I think I have nearly every sight I could think of; bi's, tri's, delts, traps, chest, lats, quads and calves. The calf injections hurt me the worst. Be sure that you sit in a chair or on the floor when you do them and try to relax.
