Fat loss power of GW501516 aka Cardarine profile Endurobol.

I was thinking a few shots of Glutathione next time I run DNP to keep me hopefully ok from free radicals and shit. Input man?

I got up the nerve to run DNP once. Ran 250mg a day, stayed free of as many carbs as I could (carbs make me all but instantly burst into flames - it was horrible), took two TUDCA and two NAC pills (whatever their normal dose is - too lazy to go upstairs and actually look) and injected Glutathione twice a week (the entire 646mg ampule) intramuscular. Other than being horrible hot, sweating a lot, and feeling a bit run down, I was fine. I did blood tests afterwards and my liver values were only barely higher than normal for me. For me, my normal is always slightly over the high end of range due to decades of heavy drinking. So I would highly recommend it.

As a note, I ran it for 20 days, stayed VERY hydrated (normally drink about a gallon a day, I drank 1.5 gallons and still felt slightly thirsty all the time), and lost about 20 pounds of fat. It was quite epic, as I lost very little muscle during the time. My wife is 100% against DNP, but since I am on TRT I told her my doctors were playing with my hormones to see if they could kickstart my own system. I told her all the effects were because of that and that I asked them to stop after 20 days because it was too harsh on me, and they agreed. :) I went from 205 to 185 in 20 days, with very little muscle loss. I swear I could see myself leaning out before my very eyes.

It was 20 painful days, and while I was doing it I didn't think it was worth it. But now that it's been over for a while I think it was definitely worth it.

I had read that DNP is not harmful at all to the liver in fact it had some protective properties...........maybe I was dreaming and I can't remember where I read this and if it was scientifically based or just bro science talk.

All of them.... DNP, TUDCA, UDCA? I'm new trying to burn fat. I have been researching heilos? What is your opinion.

TUDCA and NAC are supplements that help protect your liver in times of distress.

How much weight do you have to loss? What is your training and diet history? Also how old are you? What is your supplement history? Any AAS?

I wouldn't recommend DNP to anyone. It is a poison.

My suggestion, if your diet is in check check out some threads we have hear on Aqua-Burn and Cyto-burn from TheSupplementOutlet.com
and a 8 weeks cycle of Cardarine.

I use injectible curcumin and glutathione. The glut stings a bit, but its not too bad. Injectible glut has anabolic properties at dosages of 600 mg/wk and up.

injectable curcumin??? never heard of such a thing, is it affordable.

I just get my curcumin with bioprene otherwise known as piperine and it increases curcumins effictivness 2000%.

BTW curcumin is one suppliment that everyone should be taking, period.............it is the closest thing to a wonder drug as there is!!!

Where do you get your curcumin?

I've continued reading what I can find on cardarine aka GW501516 aka endurobol, I have two takeaways:

1., powder is much more affordable than liquid but sourcing legitimate, unadulterated powdered cardarine is problematic and even some suppliers of that gouge on the price.

2., there has been some mention of research concerning cardarine as an anticancer drug. The stuff I've read concerning that is disconcerting at best, flatly discouraging more probably.

GW is widely recognized as a PPAR[delta] agonist. That can be written with the Greek char as PPARδ, and Google searches for that and also "PPARδ anticancer" turn up a fair number of studies that have been published. Those studies are hopelessly obfuscated with medical jargon but the gist seems to be that while GW may not itself cause cancer, it does OTOH make existing cancers more aggressive (accelerate growth).

Could someone duplicate my searching and read through to some extent, either confirm my understanding or correct it if I'm mistaken?

This is encouraging though:
"Abstract
Ligands for peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-beta/delta (PPARbeta/delta) increase skeletal muscle fatty acid catabolism, improve insulin sensitivity, increase serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, elicit anti-inflammatory activity and induce terminal differentiation. Contradictory findings are also reported suggesting that PPARbeta/delta ligands potentiate tumorigenesis by increasing cell proliferation, by inhibiting apoptosis through phosphorylation of Akt and by increasing cyclooxygenase-2 (COX2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. The contradictory findings could be due to differences in the model system (cancer cell line versus in vivo), differences in cell culture conditions (with and without serum) or differences in ligands. The present study examined the effect of two different PPARbeta/delta ligands (GW0742 and GW501516) in human cancer cell lines (HT29, HCT116, LS-174T, HepG2 and HuH7) cultured in the presence or absence of serum and compared in vitro analysis with in vivo analysis. Neither PPARbeta/delta ligand increased cell growth or phosphorylation of Akt and no increase in the expression of VEGF or COX2 were detected in any cancer cell line in the presence or absence of serum. Similarly, liver, colon and colon polyps from mice administered these PPARbeta/delta ligands in vivo did not exhibit changes in these markers. Results from these studies demonstrate that serum withdrawal and/or differences in ligands do not underlie the disparity in responses reported in the literature. The quantitative nature of the present findings are inconsistent with the hypothesis that cancer cell lines respond differentially as compared with normal cells, and provide further evidence that PPARbeta/delta ligands do not potentiate tumorigenesis."

This is the first I've encountered any discussion of consequence concerning GW0742, can anyone enlighten the class on what that is/does?

A lot of shit makes already present cancer grow or become aggressive, so I don't find this disconcerting in the least personally

I must have had 400+ requests for cardarine through our stores live chat app after some genius mentioned he used it and was a member here in an interview in the New Yorker , still getting so many requests that I had to make a permanent comment to copy paste stating NO WE DONT SELL 516! That's all they said "hey got 516?" Lol
