favorite/current training method?

I would say cut back on the bodyparts you train during a day but still rotate them like your doing so that they each get equal time focused on.
 
I, too, have been making awesome strength gains. I guess I do have to say my chest is finally growing in size pretty good now--used to be my worst bodypart. I just wish everything else would catch up. Guess I just have to be patient.
