Yes but stay hydrated cause it will ramp you up and you will sweat everything out. It's claimed to have spot fat reduction from the yohimbine but I can't tell. The clenbuterol in it however is much stronger than the oral clenbuterol and I mean a lot stronger.

Ya the first time I did it I had been taking 120mcg of the oral so that's what I did holy shit that's all I got to say about that.

Amen, I did the same thing and it jumped on me hard. Plus it was leg day so I was really feeling it ha ha.
 
Just an update. Yesterday I did great. I had that urge but I pushed it out of my head quickly... I noticed I wasn't really that hungry and actually was a bit bloated! Yet I had the thought of crushing some PB on rice cakes... I would cave in normally but last night I stayed firm.
So today I'm doing well... I did have a couple handfuls of pretzels after lunch but I also trained back and bis and then later in the day I did a 30 min cardio session

Awsome first blood. That is coolest screen name i thought that from first time seeing it.
At my home with 3 kids the freezer is full of pizza pizza rolls pancakes ice cream cabinets full of cookies and cakes.
I am just leaving them alone after supper I just go eat more meat a little later. We have nothing healthy except oat meal, and cereal I eat at night alot. Getting some yogurt right now.
But wife cooks good food everyday with loads of meat she knows I eat alot of meat.

And first blood how did your igf go. I just started some this week. I just pinned in abdomen 45 minutes before workout with oatmeal inside protein. Didn't notice more of pump but muscles are fuller all day since starting. I also started prop with some long esters mast e and been doing anavar. Something is going on in can tell u that just waiting to start shedding some fat. Have new heavy bag will hang on stand this weekend and do cardio with it a few times a week. That usually gets me ripped and helps my blood cells from impacting bag with legs, hands, knees and elbows. Injuring blood cells helps them go down

In my opinion the pump is much more intense IM I feel the same thing sub q but IM the pump is amazing and if I remember right mm you stay on a pretty low carb diet that could effect it also. Cause I'm positive that the pump is more intense in a carb overload I'm talking holy shit pump

I have 5/16" pins. And am using at 3 line on 50 unit syringe which ×20=60mcg.
What length u using to hit muscles? I will try in morning with those. Think I have some 31g 1"or1/2" will do outer thigh. Sorry about thread jacking. Lol
