Help on routine trying to figure out when to work my bi's/triceps

For real maybe ill do 3 sets of front and lat raises instead of 4? My deltoids are prob my biggest feature tho. They blew up since I started that routine. Ur prob right tho considering you got like 15,000 post lol. Ill lower sets
 
I wouldn't drop the number of sets, just maybe drop an exercise. I do 2 for fronts, 2 for side and 2 for rear delts
 
Im leaning toward
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms
Sunday: shoulders

I would lean more to this schedule..but if you need to get more rest in, do this as a 2 on 1 off schedule like this

day 1 - back
day 2 - chest
day 3 - off
day 4 - legs
day 5 - arms
day 6 -off
day 7 - shoulders
day 8 - start over with back, day 9 would be rest, and so on and so on...
