so you got a good 5 months to get ready. Plenty of time. My advice would be to go ahead and hit that cardio pretty good, that way you may be able to back off of it closer to the show. Would be atleast doing 30 min a day right now.
Great advice right there, and as nuknuk said plenty of time, HOWEVER….LOL. YOU HAVE TO START NOW BRUTHA, especially if you wanna log things to see what works and what doesn't with diuretic trial runs, and get your diet down. I would say right now is time to start prepping, and again we can't see anything from that photo of the side of your arm brutha, lol, take a head on shot of yourself so we can see where your at
How's it going brother, keeping that diet in check?
what are you eating right now if you don't mind my asking? I use to boil my chicken, lol, and ate thats hit bland as fuck, just curious what your throwing down right now in terms of food, better to be ready early than late ya know, however i went too crazy with cardio my first show and lost some muscle sadly enough lol,

Yuck, I cant do the boiled chicken, I make my meals as I eat them normally, "perk from telecommuting from home" just cut a chicken breast into thin strips, and sprinkle some "No salt" on there which is a seasoning made of just potassium and something else doesn't taste just like salt but gives some flavor and has 0 sodium, and some black pepper since its a free fat burner and I love pepper haha. Takes like 5 minutes to cook it all up in those small strips or less super easy in a non stick skillet with some pam.
Today looked like this.
Meal 1: cup of oats, banana, milk, 2 eggs, 6 whites
Meal2: 50g protein shake
Meal3: chicken tenders with siracha(hot sauce)
Meal4: spaghetti
Meal 5: chicken tenders with siracha
Meal 6: PWO. bowl of raisen bran, 60g protein shake
Everyday is a little different. Usually I eat chicken breasts but tenders were on sale. I don't eat spaghetti often when cutting but been craving beef. Is it bad to eat beef when cutting? I just try to limit it for now. When comp gets close probably have to cut it. Starting to cut carbs out of meals. Two weeks ago every meal would of had carbs.

I was speaking of pre contest prep eating brutha, lol, not every deal eating lol.
Good point cause I have been meaning to ask that. I already add no sodium at all just what comes on the chicken, when you say cut sodium do you boil most things to kinda wash all the excess off from packaging as well? Just curious.
I'm of the belief system that excess sodium isn't an issue in the diet if you're active. Especially when you're expending as many calories as some of us.
i always only ate chicken as my primary meat, so thats all i boiled, lol, it was probably Anal of me, but i am a perfectionist when it comes to this shit, and well i wanted to give it my all and do whatever i was told by those who knew, and that what i was told and did lol
aren't chicken tenders processed and also some have breading and sodium? Not sure if thats what you have, but the meat should be lean as possible, like slabs of chicken lean thin chicken, salmon, steak, not too sure i would be eating chicken tenders brutha.
Totally understand bro, that's one of the reasons I am so disciplined now, I plan to do it one day the more strict I am to the diet the better quality gains I will put on with less fat, plus my mindset will be used to it.
What is your b/f at now ya think Defmetal? I bet your losing pretty quickly at this point.
