This is my first post but been lurking for a while now.......need help...have read just about everything here and am ready to make the jump....
i am 38 5'11 190 pound. Have been working out on and of for the past 9 years. I am looking to bulk up and cut fat at the same time...more cutting than bulking......
What should i feed my animal???? Only thing he is on is 2iu's of hgh daily,multivitamins,r-ala and protien...I work out 5 days on 2 off...am willing to do a cycle but no longer than 6 week that will yeild what i want....please help:confused: :confused: :confused:
 
IMO bulking and cutting same time is next to impossible unless you are one of the lucky few w/ good genes.

so decide what you want to do or you will most likley be disappointed. if you want to bulk at all, get it done, and worry about dieting down later. diet while on cycle to prevent muscle loss.

6 weeks is a little short IMO
 
well first off i would agree with AZ1 on the bulking and cuttin simutaneously, its damn tough. I always like the D-bol test stack, makes ya get big pretty quick. I hit up some sustanon, only 20ml and 300mg deca and saw the most impressive gains of my life, 180-223, I gained about 6% bf though. I got the stretchies to prove it! Test is a must IMO for any cycle base. What are you goals as far as numbers???? how many pounds etc.. Cuz HGH ain't one to fuck with, that shit will do the trick bro, your not some "gangsta test" or anything. LOL

Check on some of the cycle journals and see what the results were with some of the supps, if any fit your goals than we can help you a little more in detail as far as what to take, how much and frequency of dosages......sorry i couldn't help you more, but give us some more info and im sure some of the guys here would be glad to help
 
oh yeah...up that gh to 6iu's a day, then u can bulk and cut. 2iu's a day is really a HRT dose. if u have the money for the gh then u have the money to goto the doc and get bloodwork done to measure your igf-1. see how hi your levels are and adjust your dose accordingly

anything over 2 1/2 gives me bad cts.....what else can i do?what i really want to do is maybe up my weigh by 5 pounds but look cut to the extreme
 
It's difficult to bulk and cut to the extreme. Try cycling carbs, e.g load up on carb 1 day, then keto the next 2-3 days, then load carb 1 day and so forth. make sure protein is 400-500g a day.

I would recommend an 8 week cycle instead of 6 week
100mg prop eod wk 1-6
75 mg tren ed wk 1-8
50mg winny wk 5-8
clomid, nolva, etc PCT

Everyone is different. I can't say how much you will gain. The problem is that you want to gain muscle and get rip at the same time. If you only gain say 3lbs at the end of cycle and lose 4-5% of body fat, then in reality, you gained more than 3 lbs because you also lost fat. See what I mean?
How you look depend on your training, diet, sleep and protein intake.

get ripped is on it, its up to you as far cutting and bulking together or seperat, most of us see better results when seperate IMO

I noticed your a begginner and you wanting great things fast but that isnt the way things happen. You have to put in the time and dedication then things will happen. You're asking to get huge but ripped at the same time and unless you're a trained professional bb then that is impossible. Be realistic and set realistic goals like....I'd like to gain 10 lbs and lower my bodyfat a little.

Nothing happens in 6wks!! You need a longer cycle, perfect diet, the right supps, the right AAS, the right training etc, etc.

You also keep asking what can I expect if I take this or if take this. Well it's different for everyone there is no set standard and there are a million different variables such as genetics, body type, diet, training, sleep, age, supplements, hormones, etc, etc. You can't ask such specific things b/c it's impossible to answer. 1,000 people can take 250 mg of test and there will be 1,000 different bodily responses to it meaning different gains, different amortization, water retention, bloat, blood pressure, etc.

You need to definitely do more research obvioulsy but feel free to ask questions to help gain insight on here.
 
I am currently on the m1t at 20mg/day and in week four I have honestly just been eating what ever and Meal replacers haven't monitored fat sugar and shit like that. I don't have the best metabolism but i run alot and it helps. Thats what a cutter cycle is for, clean up you could say IMO. Protein is the king with test and any other supplement, or even without any supps...got get your pros man.
