Well did legs today. I did 60mcg bi-lateral on quads. Pump was pretty nuts. TO be honest, It was hard to push through them. I got it done but man... rough. I couldn't walk after the first set of hacks. lol. Leg press I could barely get out 8 reps. It was a pretty cool feeling though.
I might have to change up something next time though. Maybe less carbs or less mcg, I don't know. Any suggestions?
