Have you noticed a difference between the change in when you take your igf? There really is no wrong way to take it in my opinion, at least not Lr3 version of IGF 1. I mean anyone reading through our peptide forum about igf 1 lr3, will come away with their head spinning if they were looking for an answer as to when is the best time to use the igf-1 lr3 lol. Everyone swears up and down that their way is the best way, when the reality of it is due to its being long acting (24 hours) and systemic, meaning its going to work no matter when you use it, no matter when you train, no matter when you eat, so long as you are taking it , eating, and training lmao
But I do believe drtbear nailed it as to it being best after you've depleted your muscles and they are starving to be fed and ready to soak up everything you then eat.
For new guys reading this, please do NOT be afraid to chow down some serious carbs man! Obviously complex carbohydrates, but aint nothing wrong with some simple / sugary carbs lol, just make sure your consuming enough muscle building foods with those carbs.
and for those of you who do carb cycle daily, give my IGf 1 lr3 / food / and training schedule a try! If I thought I could patent my process and box it up and sell it to the world , believe me I would! I feel like daily carb cycling and pre gym carb binge is like i discovered some kind of secret to my bodies success, and i say this even without the use of the igf-1 lr3!
