How do you recommend measuring down to the micro gram? I've been looking and a microgram accurate scales and they cost thousands. I've been looking into different options for IGF-1 but they always come in the mg, so I need to measure 20/1000 of that for a dose. Would love your advice! Thanks for all of your info you've already posted!

6th day today. I was at the gym for 2 hours last night and could have stayed for 2 more. Not sure if that is the igf already but it was really cool. Hopefully I get the same affect tonight
