yeah bro, 30mcgs daily is plenty, but again thats for 1 vial, we only sell 2 or more, so that dosage would give you 2 months (60days) if purchased from us,

Some guys sware by bi lateral intramuscular injections with IGF-1 lr3 but it's not needed if that's what you want to know , once daily injection is fine
