Just a few pics

I never work trap directly. Doing dumbbell lateral raises hits mine plenty.

That's what I mean. Upright rows then dumbbells front raises, shrugs
Then on back day pulldown get them and lots of other things. I call trap workout upright rows lol! Hit them with back or shoulders

Also when all of us my family gets tension back there it's mostly in trap and little round muscle behind shoulders on blade in upper back.
Traps support out shoulders our neck and holding something like a tablet in front face for hours like my kids do will make them tense

Just looked at that, the lighting sucks, so you can't really see anything. But I do admit that my legs need alot of work. I think I'm going to have to hit them 2-3 times a week.

My legs always look better before the workout they get pumped up all of the cuts disappear.

Legs don't look bad brother.
I am limited in legs. Had to give up deadlifts, lower back can't take it anymore. Ruptured disc.
What I find works good for legs is just more volume like Thudgens said, doing like 10-15 sets of moderate weight squats twice a week makes mine grow especially on gear.
My pants get too tight in legs when I do this. I have to buy a size that is way too loose in waist but are legs skin tight. Wear belt to make jeans waist look normal

As far as my legs go, I think I'm going to add in 3 sets every day, on non-leg days... Just alternate, extensions, curls, and calves on my non-leg days. So on chest day, I'll throw in 3 sets of leg extensions, back day I'll throw in 3 sets of leg curls, shoulder day I'll throwin 3 sets of calf raises, etc, etc.

It's just something about squats leather. Even not heavy just moderate they make legs grow.
U also can put the little 2-1/2 lb weights or a little 3/4" board under heals then under balls front of feet to emphasize on front or back of legs while squating.

Actually, the only two places that sell jeans that fit right are believe it or not, Old Navy, and also Buckle. The Old Navy jeans actually fit me well, depending the ones I buy. The ones I from Buckle are expensive as hell, but actually are the most comfy jeans I've ever put on. They fit great, and I can actually bend/squat/move in total comfort. For $186 a pair, they better feel like sweatpants when I'm wearing them, and make me look like a Greek god... and they do. LOL

BKE'S FROM buckle. And two other brand they carry big star and one other will look when I get home.
American Eagle are good too. Express also but skinny ones are looser than boot cut. But still get boot cut.
Levi's also fit well. The nice fit 505 I think boot cut. Silver jeans too

Are the 505 looser fit than the 550. Cause if I get the 550 to fit my waist I got to jump up and down like a fat chick squeezing into her jeans.

There is a resale shop called "Play Doh's" closet near my home. All good brands are available for $20- $30 gently used some like brand new.
With 4 kids to buy for I spend as little as possible on myself.
But because I stay in same two sizes
I have bulk one and cut ones.
I have a shit load of jeans because I fit in same ones always except a couple bulk or cut ones. Lol

I'm 5'9" and right now 225lbs. Currently wearing 34x32 pants/jeans. When I shred, I have some 28x32 and 29x32 that fit quite nice. I want to fit in those again before summer. My shirts currently are XL and XXL, when I'm lean, I get back down to L. My suit jackets are 50-54 reg depending on the jacket. I have my jackets for lean and my jackets for bulk. Lots of altering there. LOL But like we all do, I have lean season clothes and bulk season clothes.
BKE and Big Stars are the Buckle jeans that I have that fit great and are really comfy.

I haven't tried any of their jeans, but I have one or two of their shirts and they are nice. They are soft and have a nice cut.
The jeans I have fit snug but the material stretches very comfortable. They the closest thing I can where that's a skinny looking cut that's in style. I got them at that designer resale shop "Play Doh's Closet" they have good stuff and paying 20-30$ compared to 180 is a bargain.
