So far endurance is up and fat is starting to melt away. My diet has not changed and I haven't incorporated my cardio yet. Once I do that, I'm sure it will melt away even faster.

August is a national qualifier. Masher is going to come up and do it also I may do a smaller local show maybe a month out just to work on timing a little. Last year when I came in 2nd. I looked alright but 2 hrs after the show was over I looked like fucken freak had veins stick out of me everywhere it was crazy so have to master the timing
