My plan is test cyp/deca/mc igf/ligandrol. I don't want to get over 12-13%bf, if I can help it. Going to keep cardio to once a day for 22 mins, and lift 6 days a week, legs, chest, back each twice a week. After 15 weeks, I'll go to prop/tren ace/mc igf/winny/clen... to start to cut it all up.

Damn brother that blows.Lol. No, no I didn't go buy them. I tore my left rotator about 2 months ago. So my gym time has suffered. Killed me to even brush my teeth, seeing how I'm left handed. So I currently look like a scrawny fat fuck. I'm going to try to get back into the gym Monday and ease back into it.

No surgery. It was a minor tear. Doc said not to lift more than 5lbs for a minimum of 8 weeks. When I said, "looks like I'm not washing under my balls for 2 months", he didn't laugh.Good thing you know what to use to heal that shoulder up did you have to have surgery?
