What do you guys think of this. Some guys wear bts constantly while training and some wear rubber tummy trainers all day to keep their waist size down. You guys think this works? I know I'm no Pro, but my waist always gets to 28" or so precontest. My understanding is that the major growth comes from GH. In that.case it's organ tissue and a belt isnt helping with that. What's your guys thoughts?
