Keeping a small waist

What do you guys think of this. Some guys wear bts constantly while training and some wear rubber tummy trainers all day to keep their waist size down. You guys think this works? I know I'm no Pro, but my waist always gets to 28" or so precontest. My understanding is that the major growth comes from GH. In that.case it's organ tissue and a belt isnt helping with that. What's your guys thoughts?
 
I don't think there is any way to keep distention down, the pros can't control that. But keeping a small waist, I'm sure it helps with belts or trainers.
 
No way to control the waist with hgh. Mine stays ripped but I'll be dam if everyone always says I'm fat.. Lol.I know lots a people swear by wearing a belt most if the time but it may be to control breathing thru diaphragm and not stomach if you get what I'm sayin.. Im very interested in this too .. I'd love to find out because since I started IGF and HGH my stomach has gotten noticeably bigger. I can still see my abs and all that, but the distention almost makes me feel fat
 
The rubber belt will give some support to the lower back but does nill for keeping a small waist. Ive trained with a belt and without one over the years. Now I use nothing but I use mainly machines now, you could try it.
 
Gh gut and such might be legit but Ive heard Dorian say time and again, that he felt 100% it was from the massive amounts of food they eat that causes it. I work part of my day in the hospital for 2 trauma surgeons and most cases are from GI issues, ileus and other blockages so they cut out the bad part of the intestine and sew it back and I freq see the scans, images and been in there and can tell you that the intestines do stretch to huge sizes, so I think Dorian might have been correct,,,,. NOT saying that GH didnt help any there

Well if I ate a lot I'd say that could be the reason, but in my case my eating never went up from GH or IGF, so I'd swear it'd be the GH that caused my gut to grow
 
i too beleive excess amounts of food stretch the gut. . . its almost customary in our family to eat n eat n eat untill your buttons on your pants pop. Somthing which has been enforced by our gramothers and mothers. "more is always better" well after years of gorging out at every meal my belly looks fatter than what it realy is. . with a shirt off you can see some abs with a shirt on i look like i have a pot belly.

ive never used GH and only used IGF once.

on the weekends i dont eat as much food as during the week and my waist is always smaller and i mean like an inch smaller on the weekend vs. weekdays when i am eating regularly.

i mean you either have a small waist or you dont, it's pretty much genetic. do you think the freaks withs 29-30" waist and 230+ are staying away from gh to keep the waist smaller, doubt it.

I also use HGH and IGF and my waist is 30". At the most 32" and when I'm dieted down 28 to 29" My belly does kinda poke out a little but only when totaly relaxed. 99% of time I hold my shit tight.

LOL, I also hold my shit tight, but only about 90% of the time.
Funny to hear someone else say it.
