Marathon Cycle Part Deaux

If you’re reading part 2 to my rant it hopefully means you either were interested on hearing my experiences on long term gear use and my opinion about it or surprised I have enough grasp of the English language!
I want to get a few things straight. Many that know me here are well aware on my stance on dosages; I prefer lower dosages and longer durations. One other thing, even though I don’t come “off”, I still cycle on blast and cruise cycles. When I consider myself to be on a blast or a cycle that is pretty much meaning I’m running everything in this period which usually last at the very least 16 weeks.

16 weeks is around what I recommend anyone base their cycle off of because of my experience. Here are a few things I’ve run into when I have cycled in what seems to be the popular 10-12 weeks:
· Decca; in my opinion you need at least 10-12 weeks to get the best gains off of it. I always tell people to not drop your testosterone when you drop your decca. Keep test at least 2 weeks after to help prevent “decca dick.”
· Equipoise; same thing as decca in term of length. In cutting or bulking I’ve like eq in at least 16 weeks.
· If you are bulking and you come off and PCT, how much of that weight that you put on do you think is really muscle? How much weight of that are you going to keep? So you just spent “X” amount of weeks “bulking” (or getting fat for some)and for some you may keep the actual gain of muscle. I found this to be the cliché of 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
· In the shorter cycles, with the crowd of steroid users getting younger and immature about it, you see huge amounts of mg being used and several compounds. Usually very few are taking these amounts to compete.

My next opinion
We may be at the point of you wanting me to STFU if you’re still reading, so lets get to my point and idea.
My cycles are pretty much don’t vary from this:

*Testosterone /Sustanon is all pharma prescription*
January-February
Testosterone 125mg once a week
Proviron 25mg ED
MC IGF 100mcg ed

March-April
Sustanon 500mg a week
Anadrol 50mg ed
Equipoise 400mg-500mg a week
MC IGF 100mcg ed

May
Sustanon 750mg a week
Equipoise 400mg-500mg (Depending on mix)
Trenbolone Acetate 50mg eod
MC IGF 200mcg ed

June-July
Sustanon 750mg a week
Equipoise 600mg-750mg a week
Trenbolone Acetate 50mg ed *change to everyday
Winstrol Oral 50mg ed
Proviron 25mg ed
MC IGF 200mcg ed

August
Testosterone 250mg a week
Proviron 50mg ed
September
Testosterone 125mg every other week

October (This is where I call my “offseason”)
Testosterone 500mg every week
Dbol 10mg every day

November-December (Offseason)
Testosterone 500mg
Dbol 20mg every day

That’s it.
One thing I tell newer member when they come on asking for cycle advice is don’t spend so much time stressing about what gear you’re going to take and what timing. A lot of things just work different for some people. Spend more time worrying about your diet at the certain time of the year.
Im getting older, not necessarily wiser but I think about more of what and why I’m doing this sport. If you’re taking gear and on this forum or any forum you want to get big and make dudes stare you down because you threaten them because his girl is with him. Ok maybe not so dramatic but we want to be different, not necessarily noticed like “hey look at me”, these guys have the issues and need to think twice about taking gear.
So if we want to get big and stay big why do I want to keep fighting losing gains all year. I lose a lot of weight at certain points and by the experienced eye you’ll be able to see where but with diet I can handle most times pretty well.

One thing I do want to add is share something Rich Piana shared a while back ago and that is you have to be your own experiment. Just because you see a plan online that seems like it can work doesn’t mean it will because you have no idea what type of diet and training to go along with that.

I don’t know man, but I hope rather than beating a dead horse on questions you can take something useful out of it.

Part 3 will cover my diet, timing, gear timing and why I do what I do at what point.

Negatives or positives, just let me know!

Awesome article brother, that's a ton of gear a year in you add it all up but at least you have it all planned out ahead of time so you can pick this or that up with every order

It isn't too expensive, doses are lower than most but just longer periods obviously. Usually orders here and there make it easy to keep up!!!
