Anyone use any of these or could you recommend one? Ive always read aside from the protein, their full of garbage. Carbs an sugar. They all seem to read the same. I'm just trying to find a way to help with the calorie intake. I usually like one right after training/before dinner. Just a quick 800-900 cals for the ride home, but I dont want to take in crappy calories. Any recommendations?
