MC IGF, AAA Peps Folli, Syntherol

Got my second round of Syntherol in the calves before I went to the gym. Had an amazing workout. Strength was very good and my pumps were insane. My muscle bellies were filled to the brim and seperation was spectacular. I will go ahead and mention that this is the third day in a row where tendons felt... tight and stringy... I'm going to get back to heavily pre exhausting and cut my rest time to keep my strength in the safe range. I personally feel that the MC IGF's ability to strengthen and heal tendons would at least cancel out any negative effects on tendons from the Follistatin, but I dont feel like testing it.
Man that Syntherol felt GOOD in the calves! They were still pumped fro. The small amount of IGF on Monday and it was just perfection... I felt so good.

So I've come to a decision. Went to 2ml of Syntherol in each calf today and 5ml of my home brew in the tricep. Everything feels good. Tomorrow I'm going to do 25mcg applied to each calve. I'll also do my Syntherol prior to training. The pump is going to be skin splitting, but that fascia will be stretched the fuck out! I'm going to have some of the best calves on here when this is all said and done! Boo Ya!!

Man I am loving this syntherol. I may go add an additional 1ml tomorrow putting me at 3cc per day per calf. Calves are really looking good. They are tight, but I'm walking pretty good and once I get blood moving in there it's just a really nice totally pumped up feeling. ANOTHER BOTTLE OF FOLLI TOMORROW!!

Decision has been made. I'm going to to another cc in each when I get home. So 3cc per day per calf for now. I hope to get up to at least 5cc through this. 6cc will be better. I don't know how long it will take to get them near 19", but once I get there I will do maintenance for no less than 3-4 months. I am getting results from the program that I can't even begin to describe. I've never responded like this to anything or any combination of things. I can tell you for sure that MC IGF is crazy synergistic..... holy rat shit!

I have noticed a huge improvement with the Synth/IGF combo in my calves. It's AWESOME!

I'm also very pleased, but I'm getting some swelling. Obviously that's to be expected as they are gaining size very quickly with the Syntherol and MC IGF. I stepped up my goal measurement when this is all said and done. I want no less than 19"... I think it would take either a longer run of syntherol or a small break followed by another. My calves have hit 18" previously when I was running a.high dose of IGF with near daily training. My calves aren't great, but the improvements I've made over the years I believe put me within striking distance of my goal

Yeah, I know you asked me about swelling in the ankles, and I do get swelling, but only when I pin in the lower calves.
That's the worst! It makes it pretty hard to walk for a couple days. I do lower every third day, so that makes it hard to walk pretty much always.

I am also working them daily. I work them EOD at the gym, but I just do standing calf raises at home.
I've noticed that helps with the pain a little. I also try to stretch them as much as possible.
It's a pretty labor intensive process for calves.

I have respect for anyone that does it. That's for sure.

Anyway, I think I'm gonna start hitting the outsides also.
I would really like to gain a couple more inches, so I'm probably gonna need to do that.
It seems like it will stretch the fascia better by doing both sides?

I'm really looking forward to seeing your results.

Man I want to hit the outer calves. I tried before, but I just couldn't get it right and damn near crippled myself. There is a kid in my gym that looks to have successfully run synthol in damn near every smaller muscle group. Calves are obvious to me by their pumped out roundness. They look really good though and other than a bodybuilder that has seen synthol use I don't think anyone else would know.

I am growing more than I was expecting, and I really wasn't expecting to be losing fat at the same time considering I'm doing zero cardio.

So far, they look natural, but if that changes, I will most likely have to stop.
I really don't want it to be obvious.
My overall goal is to have them the same size as my arms.
Problem is, my arms are growing crazy fast too. HaHA.
As of now, they are 1" smaller than my arms.

1" is good Bro. My calves were only a smidgen over 17 1/2" when I started this. My arms are damn near 20" cold...

I'm up another 1/2lb. I did another bottle of Follistatin last night so I'm very interested to see if this week progresses like last week with continuous strength gains and muscle fullness. I've got some good swelling on the inner lower part of my calf, but I guess inflammation is to be expected given what I am doing to them. I'm going to give it a other week before I measure them
