I WORK A JOB THAT LIMITS MY FLEXIBILITY WITH FOOD SO I LIKE TO HAVE A NICE CALORIE FILLED (BUT WITH THE PROPER SOURCES OF CALS, OF COURSE) MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE CHILLIN IN THE FRIG. READY TO POUND. OBVIOUSLY, WHEY HAS TO BE IN...BUT IM WONDERING IVE BEEN THROWING IN OATS BUT BEEN CONSIDERING PANCAKE MIX INSTEAD I DUNO, OLIVE OIL? FLAX/FISH OIL? PEANUT BUTTER? I CURRENTLY MAKE MINE WITH SCOOP OF WHEY, 2 TBSP. OLIVE OIL, 1 TBSP. PB, 1/2 CUP OATS...BUT IT NEEDS REVISING.
