How about getting some real cut finger cut abs and getting really down to the core abs to be able to show them off this summer. Any comments on details of workout schedule for this? I just started one ab workout schedule and boy is it in detail the hardest one I have done before, so does anyone have any ideas ?
 
Abs are made in the kitchen not at the gym big cat. You can do 10k reps of whatever you want to work your abdominals daily and you will still have smooth abs if your diet isn't proper. You can't out train a lazy diet, mark and remember those words. I've posted several ab specific topics down in the Diet and Nutrition Forum check them out for a better idea of what you need to do.

I agree that your abs depends on your kitchen, cause I've seen such people who go to the gym and still eat a lot. It's nonsens

So what do you think about the HGH do you have any information on it so I could read up on it before I talk to my doctor? I was just there the other day and he said he is going to put me on Cypionate 100mg once a week , he is going to do the first shot then he is going to give me a script and allow me to give myself the shots myself. So I don't know what he will say I think he will say no because when I was there and he read my chart , with all the operations I have had on my shoulders and then the stroke and see about 3 weeks ago I came down with a staph infection and it scared my right cheek. So he said I was the most worst off 47 year old he had met. I disagree for I am in top physical shape than I have been in a long time. Now the only down fall to me is I can not take the heat. It really wears me down and I well its hard to catch my breath, like this morning I have to go get my daughters car from my mechanic and take my wifes jeep and then take my truck to him , then I will come home and weed eat the yard. So I will be wore out , cause at 3am I am going to workout
 
Brother I know this isn't what any of us ever want to hear in our quest for more muscle. YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR HEALTH FIRST. A stroke is no joke, I would cost with the 100 mgs of test though I do think that could be a little higher wouldn't go over 200 mgs, but would monitor blood pressure a couple of times a day.

abs are not workout related... they are 90% diet related
