Good to see you're back with a vengeance! I've been sick with the flu for nearly 2 weeks, just the last 2 days been getting workouts in but not yet back to full strength and lost 8 to 10 lbs! Hopefully I can get back on track as fast as you did!

lol, love it. 149lbs on the back for 60 total is beastly brother.
