new workout..."modified DC"

me too

I have used and offseason mon wed frid spllit and grew like mad!!!! my local guy i speak with and i came up with it 2.5 years ago. and well its almost the same as DC.. my food plan was lightly different BUT we too jack up the fat a tad!! I just read the DC manual for the first time and i thought to myself thats what me a sherm do!!

Damn! I did chest tonite and the flye-extreme stretching had put tears in my eyes!!!!!
 
i'm still trying to do the 100 rep leg workout....lol

i have no idea how you guys did 100 reps on 4 different exercises
