well 1st off welcome aboard skylar and second.....you have to understand....we take EVERY opportunity to cut on tiny as much as humanly possible.....I mean you MADE my day when I saw you thought he was a she.....I LMFAO so thank you for that.
now to your questions.,.,......I have done well with ECA......clen I saw minimal results and currently I'm on T3 and the jury is still deliberating. I will say this.....if you're gonna use T3 then I say stack it with a Test (I'm using Prop right now) because the T3 WILL each your muscle as well as the fat.........so if you can take the shakes I'd say go Clen 2 weeks on and ECA for the next 2 weeks and repeat for say a month and see how you react to it.
Oh now that I'm thinking about it there is one thing you can do while using T3 instead of anabolics.......stack it with Clen.....the thing is that cycling every 2 weeks won't work as well soooo you'd need Ketotifin also, this allows you to stay on the Clen at a lower dosage and you won't need to come off it every 2 weeks
So here would be possible scenario for ya;
Weeks 1-8 Clen (anywhere from 1-4 depending on you)
Weeks 1-8 Keto ( 1 a day keeps the Dr away)
Weeks 1-8 T3....make sure you start at 25mcg a week and add 25mcg every week until you work up to 100 then work back down to 25.
To be honest with you thoug.....I had my best results to date using an ECA (ripped fuel) and using a CKD diet or atkins diet....basically LOW LOW CARBS and a ton of protein and a good amount of fat.....don't fear the fat!!!!!!!!
well that's my $0.02 but I'm a guy so how I react could be vastly different to how you react to these substances.
