well 1st off welcome aboard skylar and second.....you have to understand....we take EVERY opportunity to cut on tiny as much as humanly possible.....I mean you MADE my day when I saw you thought he was a she.....I LMFAO so thank you for that.

now to your questions.,.,......I have done well with ECA......clen I saw minimal results and currently I'm on T3 and the jury is still deliberating.  I will say this.....if you're gonna use T3 then I say stack it with a Test (I'm using Prop right now) because the T3 WILL each your muscle as well as the fat.........so if you can take the shakes I'd say go Clen 2 weeks on and ECA for the next 2 weeks and repeat for say a month and see how you react to it.

Oh now that I'm thinking about it there is one thing you can do while using T3 instead of anabolics.......stack it with Clen.....the thing is that cycling every 2 weeks won't work as well soooo you'd need Ketotifin also, this allows you to stay on the Clen at a lower dosage and you won't need to come off it every 2 weeks

So here would be  possible scenario for ya;

Weeks 1-8  Clen (anywhere from 1-4 depending on you)
Weeks 1-8 Keto ( 1 a day keeps the Dr away)
Weeks 1-8 T3....make sure you start at 25mcg a week and add 25mcg every week until you  work up to 100 then work back down to 25.

To be honest with you thoug.....I had my best results to date using an ECA (ripped fuel) and using a CKD diet or atkins diet....basically LOW LOW CARBS and a ton of protein and a good amount of fat.....don't fear the fat!!!!!!!!

well that's my $0.02 but I'm a guy so how I react could be vastly different to how you react to these substances.

With clen......once your temp goes back to normal...it is no longer working (this usualy takes 2 weeks or close to it)  So like Tubby suggests....at lower doses you can stay on longer...thats not always the case (sorry Tubby).  Clen works as a thermo...(brings up your temp)...so if its not elevated, its not working for fat lose.  And as far as T3 goes....I myself have not had problems losing muscle on it....just keep your protien high.  And in my honest opinion, women should never use test.  Sorry Tubby, I don't mean to argue with you here, but it sure seems that I am doesn't it...lol  <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->   But I do agree with you on one point...don't fear fat......don't go overboard either, but our bodies need a certain amount to use for energy (besides what we have stored up..lol) specialy if you are doing very low carbs.   Without it, your body will turn to protien for the energy, and that makes things pretty difficult on your muslces.

   My wife used clen/t-3 for about 8 weeks and noticed a substantial loss of fat. Just keep your protein intake high and you won't lose any muscle. By high I mean at least 1g per pound of body weight. Good luck

Yes, I have used an ECA stack before and I did like the results but from what I've been reading it seems like I can get better results from the CLEN/T3 combo.

Have you ever done the CKD/ Body Opus diet Spanishfly or any other ladies?

Ok, I see b/c I was going to suggest the ECA before you tried the T3/clen combo.

Yes the ECA does work real well for me too.  I have never done T3, but clen-yes.  I really like clen alot.  I saw results real quick.  The sides were the shakes(trembling hands--pretty bad) the first few days I got a headache, and there was some sleeplessness until my body adjusted to it.  It was awesome...some don't like it though.  I did 2wks clen then 2 wks ECA.  I started off with the lowest dose I had and upped each day until I was at my limit..or the max amout I could tolerate..everyone is different so I don't know what would be best for you.  Dezir explained it well in her post. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
