Hadnt done these in awhile and Crash and I hit them with back the othernight and fuk are my lats sore. Def gonna put these back into my back workout. We did 4 sets with 85lbs for 10 reps and then pressed up for 15 reps to hit the tris. Awesome exersice.

Try decline over head pull overs.......chest and lats burn like a mutha.......

Lightsout, I usually lay across a flat bench with just my shoulders and some of my back on it, take your dumbbell and press it straight up with dumbbell vertical and arms slightly bent, lower it behind your head down as far as you can go and pull it back up over your chest. You will feel the stretch in your arms, shoulders, and back. Hope I didn't get too confusing.

do u ever do it with a wide grip with a bar bell..im gona try that decline over head as well never even thought of that..would that hit more chest than back????

I always called them cross bench pullovers, and they help expand the rib cage (if it can depending on your age) and stretch the lats, so they can be thought of both chest and back although I do them mostly for back as the last 3 or 4 sets for back session

never done them with a barbell because I don't have just a flat bench, it would end up hitting the rack. I have seen people doing it with the barbell tho

i do some type of pullover at about every other back workout and actually did DB pullovers today. Def a awesome/brutal yet effective excerise for the lats. I prefer to do them at the end of my workout though, that way i dont need as luch weight and i get a greattt stretch and added pump b4 i leave the gym which i believe r super important b4 u end a session. Jus remeber to keep constant tension when doin these. hat means the movements not very large/short range of motion but goin slow on the negative is key. I try and do 3 sec negs
