Protein Bars

Anyone else addicted to these! I eat 2-3 a day! I really like the quest bars. Cookies n cream or cookie doe. They only have 3 grams of net carbs. They are just so easy and convenient to eat between meals or on top of a low protein meal. I'll do a shake after workout, but when I'm working I like the bars. Drinking a huge protein shake makes you have to pee like a mad man for an hour or two after. Lol.

Oh yeah! Haha. I think that is the one that taste like candy bar. Very yummy. Just loaded with carbs but good for a bulk cycle. I think those were the ones I was eating a lot of last winter.
