Allright guys, I'm starting my cutting cycle (test, eq, winstrol) which is my second overall cycle, next month. I'm looking at getting down to 230-240lbs at 6'1" with single digit bodyfat. My first question is: should I start to use techniques like supersetting and giant sets, or should I just stick to straight sets with the usuall insane intensity?
Next, the real reason for the post. I'm thinking, just thinking mind you, of maybe competing next year and have a couple of areas that need work. Those are arms (now about 17.5-18" cold, but lacking vascularity and seperation), shoulders (I just can't get my side delts to pop, they're not weak just won't pop out) and finally, my calves (also around 17"-with same lack of pop). Overall, I'm pretty symmetrical (especially when I'm lean) but I need to work on these "show" muscles. Do any of you, expecially vets like Napalm, Captdbol, Presser, know any good arm and shoulder specialization techniques?
Rescently I've started training legs (thighs) every other week to maybe get my upper body more recovery, since my thighs are pretty big anyhow. My training for every muscle right now is pretty straightforward: a couple of core excercises (bench, dbell curls, squat, etc.), and then a couple of isolation exercises (spider curls, inc. flyes, etc.) Intensity is always high, as I always get weird looks in the gym. I take it as a compliment.
Anyway, plese help me out guys. I need to set up a program for this fall's bulk cycle, and maybe a second bulk cycle this winter. 4-5 months should be enough to get my lagging bodyparts back in check.
Many thanks in advance,
Peace,
vti-13
PS. Just read about your show coming up, Napalm. Best of luck, bro!!
