he said at first have your girl complain to the gym management. The should right up a report of it and confront the guy who is doing it. If nothing happens and the guy is still doing it contact the management of the gym and tell them that you are going to the police and file an official charge against the guy doing this and that they will be contacting you. See if that prompts the managers to cancel the guys membership. If thay doesnt happen then actually go to the police and file a charge. Best to bring witnesses and possibly video of the guy harrassing your girl. Then from there it goes by what the police say.
Thats pretty much the exact steps I took no video, I did an over the phone call in report, I asked so if the guyg stats shit with me again and gets within 2 ft of me again what do I do, The cop sighed then said call us back, which who is going to run out to there car call the # listen to the automated message until u get the right one, then wait for someone to answer, while during a confrontation. Cops expectations are a bit off, but atleast I did the first few steps correctly

My police friend said if all that doesnt work gpo file a temp restraining order and when you go to court explain, just make sure you show up because it could get dropped or made permanent. this would also ban him from the gym if your there first. Your reason for the order is that he is haraassing you and your woman, sexually perverted by staring at her while she is working out and you feel for her safety and possibly yours (if he freaks and gets a gun or something). At court you can also request he re-pay for the order you had to file. He can be served by anyone not your friend or who has an interest, hell you can have him served at the gym and escorted out.

from what my attny has told me , if you need to get someone handled just make sure you do it in private and then go call the cops pronto and tell them you were attacked and had to defend yourself . iyou know any submissions its always fun to put them to sleep and then its free time . you can pull all his digits apart or pop a joint . sky is the limit . have some fun . thats what those kind of fucks are for . it would be best not to pull tomuch shit apart unless you know some of the cops though .
