What muscle group(s) are you using it on?! I've done bis and tris in the past and had great results with it...Plan on trying it on my traps at some point!

I am focusing mainly on Calves, but I also built up my bicep peak a bit.

I need to read up on this. I have no trouble gaining size in quads but no matter how hard I work calves they struggle.
