i like that good breakfast bro but change the pecans and macadamia to walnuts and you add the protein powder to oatmeal? @Catfishlips
I will get on that. I am still working through the last of my 5lb of protein powder, it's chocolate so ill just want to get something that will taste better. I thought I heard on the podcast that Mobster had some powder that wasn't flavored at all. I would really like to find some of that.
 
Breakfast was pretty simple this morning.
Boiled eggs.
Yogurt with Pecans and dry oats.
Oatmeal with fresh strawberries and a few macadamia nuts. I forgot to get a picture of the oatmeal.
I washed it all down with my usual coffee and protein shake. Sometimes I will blend a ½-¼ cup plane cooked white rice to the drink. Sometimes I feel my body responds to something in the rice. Maybe the starch or fiber, not really sure. It may be a coincidence but sometimes the pump just feels stronger or lasts longer.

I will also be adding some grip strengthening exercises into my weekly routine.
@Catfishlips bro boiled eggs good. you should try farm raised eggs. it the best

@Catfishlips This looks like a fantastic little breakfast, you put together. It's healthy and there's some good carbs in there to power you throughout the day. I like it.

Damn Ceo, that would be a great farm to have access to! I think BodyMonster has a ranch or farm. If it's not BM34, it's someone that has been commenting on this log. Our plan is to have some dirt to raise most of our food, it would be nice to be able to take a piss outside at anytime. I had that luxury about 20+- years ago and miss it daily.

@Catfishlips not bad at all on the breakfast. atleast you didn't post you had fried eggs, fried bacon and pancakes with sugar syrup. that is most american breakfasts lol

@Catfishlips boiled eggs are a great protein source. just don't over boil them. that yolk should be a bit runny that is where the core nutrition is!

I used to eat a lot like that in my 20's and early 30's. I find now that a simple breakfast suits me just fine. I will make streak and eggs if I have time and am wanting something big or special. Oddly enough for breakfast I enjoy a light salad with nuts, cottage cheese, peppers, shreaded carrots, and home made strawberry Vinaigrette with poached eggs on the side.

Everything was packaged well and looks clean. I went with EP for everything, a review will be included.

yeah that is good. a lot of guys are skipping 'breakfast' nowadays too
