I will try to get more pics of meals. I still haven't officially started my cycle yet. I've had more family issues and will probably need to do some traveling out of state.

I really want to make sure everything is sorted properly before I begin. To be honest, my head isn't fully in the game. I still find myself struggling with my recent losses, and adjusting my family life with a new kid in the house. I love her and truly feel I made the right decision, it's just a lot of adjustments for everyone. I feel so bad for her, she lost her whole life in one night. Fortunately she is old enough and smart enough to listen, trust, and talk to us about her feelings. We have had to adjust so much, physically, mentally, and emotionally. She has told me how painful but comforting it is to see my every day because I looks so much like her dad. We had always been pretty close, but she is really leaning on me now. Our conversation are good and she is a great kid, but there are still allot of fresh emotions.

Sorry to get heavy, just trying to be honest with MC and myself.

Hopefully my N2G will be here soon, I can sort out the most recent events, get my head right, and get going on this thing.

As far as cut, or bulk? I am looking for strength and size. I can cut weight pretty easily, I had years of experience with wrestling in HS, and a bit in college.

I will try to post more food pics. I have a really nice green juice I make. I will take pictures and include ingredients and method when I make it. It taste awesome and has a ton of healthy benefits for lifters and the average person.

I did get a picture of the squash and cottage cheese. I know it looks funky, but it was awesome

I made some chicken salad for the road. I also made the family a nice meal before I left. I smoked a good sized bone-in prime rib, roasted carrots covered with whipped chickpeas and plain Greek yogurt. I toped the carrot dish with minced carrot greens. I forgot to get pictures of everything plated, but here are some of the beef. It looks like I will be having prime rib and eggs before I hit the road in the AM.

I love it. I don't like it solo, at least a touch of salt and heavy on the pepper. I think I will not blend the squash next time. Blending the squash was an experiment. It was fine, bit solid chunk squash would be much better for the pallet.
