Sorry for the lack of updates. Lots of family things that have been consuming what little free time I have.

For training. I am basically doing Progressive Overload, and trying to find the sweet spot for stealth and Hype. I am really focusing on form and failure on my last sets. I am really wanting to address my upper chest, shoulders, back, and triceps.

My diet has stayed pretty clean. I prepared some nice things for the week.

I smoked a whole chicken, and removed the skin before tearing it apart. I've also made some rice. Can't go wrong with chicken and rice, it gives you some good flexibility.

I have also made some roasted Harissa butternut squash. I will eat some as is and the other batch cooking will be pureed and served over cottage cheese later in the week.

I used all the trimmings and bones from the chicken to make a broth. I will used the broth later in the week to make some Greek style stuffed green peppers with rice and feta cheese.

Some pictures of before and after.

I hope you are all having a great weekend.
@Catfishlips nice job man. i like to use fish, chicken and steak bones to throw into the broth myself. works out really well and is great nurtrition!

Good idea. I have never considered using fish bones, I will be giving that a shot. I used to have a great hookup for beef bones. The man would give me big beef bones. I would rip them with a bandsaw and roast them with just black pepper and just a touch of salt. I would eat the roasted beef marrow fresh out of the bone. Sometimes I would finish them with fresh garlic and green onions. So damn good.

Had to double check that 2nd pic... just a touch of seasoning lol
Yeah, it dose look like a lot of seasonings. It not really that much. It's my own blend of SPG (salt, pepper, and garlic) I add some activated charcoal to it. Its good for digestion and it give a nice char flavor to the meat.

@Catfishlips wow this is a great one to do... showing how meal prep is done with chicken.
Very important to meal prep it correctly, or you can end up with salmonella

Thank you all. I have a question about a vendor. I was out of town for the trip I talked about and had a friend put in an order fro N2G. We have been having some issues and I wanted to know if this was a reputable vendor?

That was where the order was placed. We ordered 6. It looks like it has been sorted out now. We just got confirmation moments ago. It looks like they were just making sure that it was a legitimate order. Thank you for following up.

Just update when you can brother no pressure at all, family comes first we will always be here

Doing pretty good. Kinda a boring breakfast again. 3 eggs, cottage cheese with apple slices, protein shake with black coffee.

Lunch was bow tie noodles with grilled chicken, spinach, and broccoli.

Some nuts and fruits for snacks.

Dinner Smoked chicken, roasted squash over cottage cheese. I also had some homemade mixed berry sorbet.

I used a cold pres masticating juicer to make the sorbet. Just add frozen fruit with the adapter and your done. I also use the same attachment to make my own peanut butter and other nut butters.
