I wanted some input on anti estro. I have some Exemestane on hand incase I start having estro issues. I've never had any estro issues in the past, but this is the largest combination of gear I have in one cycle.

I am planning to keep my Susta to about 300mg per week (2× pins/ week Tues, and Fri).
I will probably start my EQ at 200-300mg per week same jab days
NPP start at 200mg per week and increase to 300mg. Same jab days.
Oral Var 30-50mg daily for about 2 weeks at the beginning.
Oral Provrion 25mg per day.

So my question us...
1) Should I just start out on an anti estro to stay ahead of any issues?
1.1) If so, what would be a good recommendation for dose amount.
2) Just wait to see how I am responding to the compounds, and address as needed.

I just want to be smart about this and I truly value the opinions of this community. So many years of experience and knowledge.

One last thing. I was able to listen to the latest podcast on AI coaching.
I never even considered that, didn't even know AI Coaching existed. I just don't understand why someone would blindly take health advice from an AI that is completely unable to, in any way, shape, or form, administer or consume PED's and have any real life feedback.
Great show men, keep them coming. I started way back near the beginning and listening to as many as I can during work, exercises, and while driving. I still have allot to catch up on, but so much good info. There have been some pretty comical moments as well. I love the honesty, integrity, and thoughtfulness that goes into the show.

I wanted to ask y'all what your advice would be on possibly adding some to my cycle?

@Catfishlips It's always nice to get a nice surprise in the mail.. I would run the NPP a bit higher though. its a mild steroid. do 200-300mgs IMO

Sweet, I'll need to see if I have any around. It seems like I just can't get thus cycle going. I've never used Deca before. I have only used Sust, Test cyp, EQ, and NPP.

So if I do add the nand I will be running more than I ever have.
Nand, Susta, EQ, Proviron, and Var. If I do choose to run it all at once I will probably drop my time to about 10 weeks.

Dose that make sense?
the reason its important to use a DHT with nandrolones is simple

nandrolone metabolizes into DHN. to balance that you need DHT with it. so any DHT will be good. if you use anavar then you don't need proviron until you stop anavar
 
Sorry for the lack of updates. Lots of family things that have been consuming what little free time I have.

For training. I am basically doing Progressive Overload, and trying to find the sweet spot for stealth and Hype. I am really focusing on form and failure on my last sets. I am really wanting to address my upper chest, shoulders, back, and triceps.

My diet has stayed pretty clean. I prepared some nice things for the week.

I smoked a whole chicken, and removed the skin before tearing it apart. I've also made some rice. Can't go wrong with chicken and rice, it gives you some good flexibility.

I have also made some roasted Harissa butternut squash. I will eat some as is and the other batch cooking will be pureed and served over cottage cheese later in the week.

I used all the trimmings and bones from the chicken to make a broth. I will used the broth later in the week to make some Greek style stuffed green peppers with rice and feta cheese.
