Good morning all. I have made my regular lunch/snack for work today.
For breakfast I had 4 scrambled eggs mixed with home made breakfast sausage. Topped with some cheese, Pico, and guacamole rolled into 2 soft burritos. I also had 1 cup coffee mixed into a protein shake with 2 tablespoons of whole powered milk, about 24oz. I'm off to a job for a bit then back into the gym for some dumbell chest and sholder work.
