I'll start this of by saying, I know there are numerous articles, papers, etc on this topic.
I wonder if the sweet spot for the overlap in hypertrophy and strength are unique to an individual. We all know the differences between the two, and I feel there is allot that goes into the discussion. I think that I will use this run to dive into what that means for my own body chemistry. I will try to keep a good log of diet, exercise, supplements, and PED/PES before, during, off cycle, PCT time, and recovery. I understand that my experience and opinion can be influenced by a wide range of factors. I plan to do another cycle after I have recovered from this one I am trying to start. I am still trying to decide what I truly want out of this one. I do know that this is just for me, I have never competed and have no ambitions to do so. I have much respect for the ones that do compete. I knew a man that competed and the stories he told me were crazy. One thing that stuck with me was that, he said the bottom of his feet hurt because of how lean he was. He said his bare feet were uncomfortable when he was walking and on stage.
I think it is both for me. I want to feel and be stronger, but I also want to feel good when I look in the mirror, and the motivation we get from that.
Sorry for kinda just going on there. I just needed to get it off my mind. I'm curious to get the community's take on this.
Thanks for your time.
