Woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Big rest day today, after work going to try and meal prep a couple things and be well prepared for the week! The upped growth hormone is definitely making me hold on to more water and store more glycogen in the muscles. Woke up at 240lbs full and vascular as fuck. Hands don’t feel any more numb than on 6iu’s and sleep has been good.

UPPER DAY



7:30pm

Woke up! New supplement came in while I was sleeping. Instead of heart+, liver+ and kidney+ I got defend by huge supplements and it’s basically all the same ingredients. Gonna trial that and see how it is! I also feel I should mention I drink around 5-7 liters of water a day minimum and 1g of pink Himalayan salt with each meal. Steps are 10,000 daily now and cardio got taken back. Weight is 235lbs fasted in the morning

Made breakfast and food for work! Honestly one of my favorite parts of the day, helps me clear my mind and just go in flow state and hang out with the lady while doing it. Good to mention I also make dinner for her while I’m doing this, good for bonding with her, making our relationship solid and having genuine conversations with each other. I find this is one of the most important factors of lifting that a lot of people take for granted, what we do is very selfish and being fortunate enough to have someone to support your decisions is huge so any chance I get I like to make her life easier.

Was busy at work and got a couple meals in during this time period getting everything ready to go on a tug boat trip. Short one only 7-8 hours.



4:45am

Headed up to the tug boat to get everything ready for departure and had a meal in the mean time. Napped on the ride up there for about an hour and then while waiting I napped for another hour.

Tug boat departed and had one more meal before trying to sleep



3:00pm

Woke up and chugged a nice little Diet Coke and had 2 oatmeal cream pies. Dirty filthy meal but goddamn was it good. Talked to my coach and we want to try and hold current body composition up to around 250-260ish and then hit another health phase before pushing hard for another 8-10weeks. January starts my first “health phase” of the off season which will include 300 test 100 mast and possibly 50-100mg proviron and 10iu gh. Excited for this time period and excited to push some weight around again.

Arrived back to work from tug boat and ate one more of my meals. Chugged an energy drink. But will probably get a nap in at some point before the final 8 hours of my shift.

Decided to say fuck it and am going home bc ya boy wants to train tomorrow morning! Will be a chest day and I am PUMPED. I know it’s off season but will probably do some excess cardio to negate the calories I went over today (also ate like half a pizza and some skittles) not my proudest moment but it goes to show that we all have our days.

Lowered total anabolic load by about 500mg but added in tren a at 210mg for the last couple weeks and then we go into a 8-10 week health phase, prioritizing sleep, recovery, cardio, upping the food and getting bloodwork to monitor changes.
