Well im 8 months in to my offseason with another 4-5 months to go, and to be honest with ya, im almost ready to start dieting. I have been eating, and eating, then eating some more to get my weight up to 275lbs...food has been the key...lots of food, hard training is the key...lots of rest to...But, man im just stuffing myself daily and it gets kinda old...sundays, I back off a bit, have only 4-5 meals that day, and keep it to lighter foods, and not dense stuff...shakes, egg whites, ect...im just so tired of eating, and eating that I feel full all the time...but it is the key to growth...that is for sure..younger guys always want some secret, some secret drug, or supplement...but its just food...and lots of it...
for the next phase i still want to get over 280lbs and stay there...I would like to get there by nov. so I have a good 2-3 months to make it more dense before I start my prep in late jan. 2013. I think if I can do that, I can be 235-240lbs on stage next year. that will be a big differnce to the last time I competed....
