Approved The Road Back - Powerlifting and Overcoming Injury

Alright yall, the stitches are out... They look at the bad shoulder tomorrow. Hoping just a cortisone shot will be sufficient. I can clearly still press with it, but would like to get it a bit healthier. Details coming Tuesday--either way, we will stitch together a gladiator and I will be competing in early 2027--eyeing a comp in Feb. Battle of the Bay in Tampa.

Training is going insane lately. Off the orals for the past few weeks and hit a gangster PR on the single arm presses (note, this is my bad shoulder--so this is HUGE for me)

I am LOVING the Pharma Mix 1 Currently taking 1.5ml/ a week - 2 ml will be my sweet spot, and will stay here for about 4 weeks, then run another short course of Anavar.

let's see what the docs say about the shoulder tomorrow :)

Training injured is "dumb" huh ? Well here is week 1... Stitches out and have access to both hands.

I lost NOTHING

And now can continue into competition prep without having months of setback.
What you do injured directly impacts what happens when you're healed up
