I recently saw a big thread on bodybuilding.com, and alot of elite members were saying to get the biggest arms don't do biceps after back or triceps after chest. What you think? I just switched to this I guess it's always good to switch it up. Maybe just do a arm day i dno.

yes its always good to do them alone on their own day but you can grow your arms quite well after chest and back day just fine!

I did chest and biceps and shoulders and triceps for years. It's good to switch it up, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary to train them on a day by themselves. I just started as a switch

Biceps and triceps have been the best split and has netted the most results. I haven't hit a plateau but if I do I'll more than likely change things up.

Personally changing my days were more beneficial to any change. I hit arms about 4 days after I hit them earlier in the week. The first day is a normal work set with 12-15 reps and near failure at every set. The second time I hit it I just beat the shit out of them with heavy ass weight and keep reps at about 6-8 reps. I do the same with chest. THis has been an amazing change in results but I wont keep it up too long, maybe another few weeks
