weight room accomplishments

pre injury:
I got 5 wheels and a half on squats once
a tonn (yeah baby nine plates) on hack squats
150Lbs standging shoulder press
115 pounds dumbell rows
240Lbs pulldowns
250Lbs extensions
300Lbs dead lift

post injury :
yeah you guess it zeroooooooooooo
i'am as big as i used to be but i go no strenght
I hate my self nowasdays when i go in to work out i can't pull any massive exibtion sets anymore:(

I just realized that I am no where near as strong as I thought I was. You guys hit some serious weight. I thought I was the man for hitting 315 for a 1rm on flat bench a couple weeks ago. But then again I am only 22, 5'11" and 198lbs. So maybe that is good. LOL
 
well i want to get some ages on here, im 20 and weight 190, around 12%bf and been lifting for about 2 years.

my best is 225 for 15 times on flat and got 325 3 times, 275 for 5 on incline, 315 for 6 on squat to the ground
