Wesley's Mass Shake

Ok so this is my current mass shake that I use during a bulk...

It will certainly add weight, some fat, but size regardless...

Now I am not saying this is the only way, or is the "best" way, some people will argue to use Waxy Maize in the mix, a different protein, etc...
Not the point...Alther this to your specific needs. I will edit this later to include caloric and content breakdown, very specific. For now here are the ingredients:

-24 oz WHOLE MILK

-2 scoops of NLARGE3 (or your favorite protein) Vanilla for this recipe

-2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter (low fat)

-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

-1 cup of yogurt (strawberry/banana)

-1 banana

-1 scoop of ICE CREAM (vanilla)

-1 Cup of Raw Oats (oatmeal)

-1/2 cup of ICE


Hit this on High Speed PUREE and blend for at least a minute or two...

Depending on all the ingredients this comes out to be 1000-1500 calories in general.

I do this first thing for breakfast and immediately following a workout. This is a more slower digesting shake, so waxy maize mixed in might help as well, otherwise drink 1-3 of these per day and I promise you will stack on some size immediately.
 
Yeah that's good 1 Wesley .. I toss In a 3 inch sweetpotato.. If you guys haven't got a commercial grade stick blender Ure missing out. Jam it down into your cup whizzz the hell outa it.. Rinse it off under running water.. Easy cleanup unlike a blender.. Around 100$ for a good one with removeable attachment..

Im no diet expert, so please excuse my ignorance. But whats the olive oil for? BTW! sounds like a great shake.
