too much at the moment... trying to cut as much as possible without losing strength by Saturday morning, ugh.
 
Malic, what you need is more fat. Looks like you have a high metabolism and hard to gain weight. Try adding 100 grams of fat to your diet ... like olive oil, flax and mct.
