Whats your take on MCT oils?

I'd say good, the only reason I don't use MCT oil is because the only places I know that sell it are online and by the time you pay shipping it's not any cheaper than olive oil so I just use that instead.

Yep, I use Coconut Oil a lot.

only contains 60% mct oil

now nutrition makes a large bottle for under 20 bucks

I have heard nothing but wonderful things.

I took jon's advice and just ordered two bottles of now nutritions MCT oils. I will start using them immediately and report back with my results. Thanks again fellas!
