Years and Years and Years of abuse has messed up my knees.
I played basketball three hours a day for like 15 years. I played goalie in soccer so they always were black and blue and yellow.
I work in a rehab clinic so i do theraband exercises and i am trying to get them back in shape. I have an elliptical ive been running on. Im working on rehab but its just really really really slow.
I do calf raises

I do some squats and lunges holding weights but usually few reps and usually only get two sets out before they are killing.
