Well its getting cold outside, which means that spring will be here before you know it. Most people dont start there prep until after the first of the year for March, April shows. But, im going to start here at the first of November, so im sure im ready to win the St.Louis Pro/Am show. As of this past weekend, its 21 weeks out. So its time to make sure I get in all meals, make every workout count. Get my rest, and not do anything to set me back. Mike Ross, and I are coming up with a game plan for the next 8-9 weeks to put on the most amount of muscle, without gaining anymore bodyfat. I personally think, that its a touch to high now, but its hard to really tell in just pictures. I want to really start pre contest diet around 12-14 weeks out, depending on how im looking at that point.
