Time to make some changes ...

Well its getting cold outside, which means that spring will be here before you know it. Most people dont start there prep until after the first of the year for March, April shows. But, im going to start here at the first of November, so im sure im ready to win the St.Louis Pro/Am show. As of this past weekend, its 21 weeks out. So its time to make sure I get in all meals, make every workout count. Get my rest, and not do anything to set me back. Mike Ross, and I are coming up with a game plan for the next 8-9 weeks to put on the most amount of muscle, without gaining anymore bodyfat. I personally think, that its a touch to high now, but its hard to really tell in just pictures. I want to really start pre contest diet around 12-14 weeks out, depending on how im looking at that point. So as we decide what to do, Ill let you guys know, what changes we make, and what the diet, supplements, and training will detail ...
 
Sounds good, I remember my last show I dieted through the holidays and as badly as it sucked, I think it just makes everything that much sweeter in the end
 
a modified diet...similar to what i had him do before our last show together.

this is what we will start with..ofcourse it will be higher cals, and more pro/carbs/fats. But its a starting point, and its what I need to do to be at my best. Im very excited to get started this upcoming weekend. I want to come into this NQ show, like Nuk style, lean as hell, and grainy like him to.
 
what you need to do is keep a log of all your eating for me for the next 5 days or so...write everything down so we can guesstimate calories consumed at least....

thanks dude and everyone on MC...the reason I want to start early is the mental state...I really need to get in my mind that im in prep mode, and I cant screw off anymore...its more mental than anything else...
